Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dr222 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dr222 website, mobile platform, games, and associated services available at dr222.app. These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

By accessing the dr222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Account Registration

To access the dr222 platform beyond public browsing, you must register an account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You may register only one account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number. This number serves as your account identifier and is used for withdrawal verification.
• You must set a secure password. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify dr222 support immediately.
• You must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you agree to these Terms at the time of registration.

dr222 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that does not comply with these registration requirements, that is found to contain inaccurate information, or that is associated with fraudulent activity of any kind.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dr222 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. dr222 does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider (e.g. bKash) may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods.
• Funds deposited to your dr222 account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Using the platform as a money transfer mechanism is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• dr222 reserves the right to request identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is an anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is non-negotiable.
• Chargeback requests, disputed transactions, or payment reversals initiated against dr222 will result in immediate account suspension pending full investigation. Any balance associated with a disputed deposit may be withheld until the dispute is resolved.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

dr222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following standard conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. They may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, or per device.
• dr222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited and is subject to active wagering will not be voided retroactively unless fraud is detected.

Seasonal promotions — including Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL cricket season promotions, and Independence Day or Victory Day bonuses — are governed by their own individual terms in addition to these general bonus conditions. Players are advised to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

5. Responsible Gaming

Through your account settings, you may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, activate session time reminders, or request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who request permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed and will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dr222 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering) to make deposits on the platform.
• Registering using false personal information, including a false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age restriction.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other players, staff, or any third party.

dr222 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual account reviews. Players found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be notified of the action taken against their account in writing, and any appeal must be submitted to support within 14 days of notification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dr222 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, game titles, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of dr222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from dr222.

Game content displayed on dr222 is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game providers. dr222 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

dr222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players via the contact information registered on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at dr222.app/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. dr222 operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and takes its compliance obligations seriously.

In the event of a dispute between a player and dr222, the player must first contact our customer support team in writing, setting out the details of the complaint clearly. dr222 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the parties may explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before exhausting the internal resolution process is a breach of these Terms.
